- About -
Growing up I spent a lot of time in the woods and forests surrounding the towns that I lived in. They provided escape and solitude and in them I found peace, was able to think, re-focus and center myself, not to mention they were places of beauty containing amazing sights, sounds and scents at all times of the year. To this day the forest is still my favorite place to be.
I believe everyone can benefit from spending time in that environment, getting back to our ancestral roots and stepping off the treadmill that modern life has become.
To that end I run several short bushcraft courses that provide people with the skills to feel more confident in the countryside, in the hope that they will then practice the skills themselves and start enjoying some time in the “wild”.
